I called Commbs on a Saturday morning with a printing "emergency." An online company had completely misprinted some trifolds I needed for an important meeting the following day. With no online customer support available to help on that day, I was in a panic and called several local printing companies with no luck, until I called Commbs.Not only did they answer the phone on a Saturday, even though the store was technically closed, but the business owner himself helped me immediately and with great joy! Within hours, Commbs had professionally printed 500 beautiful and perfect trifolds for me! The quality of the printing and product was exceptional and I couldn't have been happier with the final prints, as was my supervisor! Above all, Commbs printing's customer service was extraordinary and I will never forget the kindness and professionalism of the store owner who personally handled this quick turnaround and dilema for me. You don't find customer service like this very often these days!My office needs professional printing with some frequency and Commbs Printing is now and forever our new printers!If you are in need of any printing, go to Commbs!! This place is SO much better than going to the post office.I'd just suggest going a few hours before closing time posted because the last two times I've gone, I've been told we're closed. Thankfully, the 1st time, the young man behind the counter respected the posted hours & mailed my packages.I called to make sure this time AND checked the website. I even called. Even though they were inside, no one picked up to say the 2 simple words: we're closed. They let me in but it would have been too much to type an address into the computer. They seemed exasperated so I said, I'll just come back during operating times even though I'd just dragged two sizable boxes several blocks. I've worked service industry & know what it's like to be ready to go at the end of a shift.They said they'd get the website corrected but to be sure, I'll go no later than 2 hours before the posted closing time because this is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Hopefully, they'll add a voice-mail with the actual hours recorded also.Other than that, service is typically quick, friendly, the people behind the counter do an excellent job!!! I do not like having my time wasted but I love supporting Black Owned Businesses.I'll try one more time. Hopefully, the 3rd time will be a charm.

I went in to get sticker done and they were able to do it with in a hour. Big shoutout to Ashley, Bernice, and Prince we're amazing. Great friendly service. I will definitely be back. 5 stars
