Do NOT go here. If you have any designer clothes (The Row, Celine, Bottega). They use heat for dry clean on everything and send clothes through with other peoples who have animals. Tons of dog hair on my clothes. Picked-up and clothes were hot? Bizarre smell slight of mildew and chemicals.

I’ve tried using them for dry cleaning three times, and on each occasion something has gone wrong — a tie turned inside out and creased down the middle, tags cut off, and shirts returned with new, brown spots.

Great service, especially if you’re staying at a hotel long term. They picked up, washed, folded and delivered more than 4 lbs of laundry all within a day for $45. Considering hotels charge an arm and a leg for doing the same, it made a lot of sense for us to use this convenience of theirs. Very friendly staff and we were able to schedule everything over the phone.

I needed to get 4 pairs of work pants hem. They wanted to charge me $20 a pair of pants. That would've been $80. That's ridiculous just to hem the bottom of the pants. Then the man behind the counter says, sorry its the area. So you think it's okay to charge people more because it's a decent area and people who live in the area might can afford it. That is very disgusting and disappointing. I would never go to this cleaners again.

Honestly this is my second time having an article of clothing destroyed here. I chalked the first time up to a mistake / not the end of the world but ….two for two that’s not great. This time I took in a white bodysuit with a literal pin drop of a stain. Was returned a white bodysuit with a large light yellow stain in the center and the fabric super degraded where the original stain had been. There are sooo many great dry cleaners, tailors and laundromats nearby (Mandalay One on Montague is fantastic as are Boerum Hill Dry Cleaners). Highly recommend not bringing anything you care about here !

In my opinion, the convenience of services at Cobble Hill Cleaners is what really sets them apart. Pick-ups and deliveries are included with any order, and the phone line is very quick to dispatch a courier. They also have much quicker, accurate and reliable turnaround times than other cleaners in Brooklyn. The email notifications sent when your order is ready for delivery are also a nice touch.The only drawback I'd point out is that it can be a bit pricy. That said, dry cleaning services in NYC are expensive in general and I've certainly never been disappointed in the quality of service at Cobble.Definitely recommend!

Owner Sal is a great guy. I originally had an issue with the wash and fold service but Sal gave me a call and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall decent and convenient service.
