I needed to replace the mesh on a window screen. I called and was quoted $25 to replace the mesh. I didn't realize it when I went to CNS but I had called the hardware store across the street. At CNS, I asked Claudia who was on duty if she wanted me to pay the $25 upfront. She said she didn't think it was more than $15 to replace it. She easily could have said yes to $25 but she didn't. She said she would confirm the price with her boss and call me when the screen is ready for pickup. She called me the next morning to say it was ready and the cost was $15. I appreciate her honesty and how quickly my window screen was fixed. I live 30 minutes away by foot but I would go here again to support the store. Good people work here.

Great little hardware store to get copy of your keys, window screens and usual things you need for DIY fixes around the houses. Friendly staff although English is not their first language they're knowledgeable enough to help me through all my issues

My favorite hardware store and local option for plants. The family owners are always helpful and friendly and practice safety measures. They have the things I need. Been coming here for 5+ years.

Super friendly and helpful! Honestly I go there most for the amazing variety of plants that are all really great prices. They have a good selection of planters and dirt as well. And all things hardware and home improvement are well stocked and again the staff is so so helpful and will help you find exactly what you need. This is my ultimate go to neighborhood hardware store.

Very friendly. Always glad to help and always give a second opinion on what you need help with. Had to repair a shelf and gave me ideas on what to do. Also has a very nice selection of plants. Very organized, fair pricing. Really recommend this hardware store.
