  THE BEST STORE. they have the best clothes and merchandise, I can't get enough!! I buy all my clothes and jewelry at clothes horse. Also the management is the best and they treat their customers AMAZING. go shop at clothes horse!!!

  So my Mom got me hoodie from this store because it was on sale, she’s crazy about all the sales. It is super cheap piece of some unidentified synthetic material from AliExpress for like 5$. They put like the original price 36$, and it was for sale for 15$. When I tried to return it some I guess russian girl said it was on FINAL SALE SCAM, and it can’t be refunded. This trick with final sale is so damn stupid! They only said to my mom that it was on sale, and nothing about it is non refundable item. You literally can go a few blocks away from this sh… store and get much better stuff at TJ Maxx, and not be worrying about “FINAL SALE” trick…
  I feel I need to do more than a review on Google for this cheap scammy place.

  Michelle is always very helpful whenever I come into the store. She goes out of her way for me, & assists me in picking out items (which is very nice of her). I never leave the store without a purchase.

  My wife has had very professional advice from the owner and the salesperson Alex,.. so far....... Will post more even if there is no purchase. She is in pursuit of a gown and they seem to be the experts in customer service and merchandise. UPDATE. Originally Alex answered the phone, but said she'd get back to my wife because she was busy with a customer. (Why answer the phone then?) Well we got our answer ..via text! "Sorry not in stock" by Alex. I am surprised. I would think they would at least try to special order an item in a line they carry considering there are 4 stores they own. We were very hopeful from a conversation with the owner, but not even a "let me contact the merchant to order the item" as othet stores had offered but were in a different coast.Or "let me contact you when we get more stock in. "Rather surprising & disappointing.

  Stay away from this store. Customer satisfaction is zero. I bought an XS dress from them for $250, but I didn't realize how small it was until I got home and tried it on with heels. It was too small, too short, and pulled by a hanger. I called the store and explained the situation, but they didn't even listen to me. All they said was, “Sorry, we can't exchange it for another item. It's a final sale.” So I asked to speak with the owner, but the sales clerk said it wouldn't help and they were not sure when he'd be in. I asked if I could talk to him on the phone. They said he won't help me. They didn't even try to help me. They just cut me off. I hadn't asked for my money back. All I wanted was a credit so that I could get something that fit. When I finally reached the boss over the phone, he told me that he doesn't override his sales clerks' decisions. I asked if he could give me a chance to come to the store any show him the problem and he said "You can try but I am not sure if I will be in the store." I went to the store a few times, but he was never there. I went to a shoe store nearby and the sales clerk knew all about the other store. She told me she stopped shopping there because they ripped her off. She buys the same brands at sack, but pays a fraction of the price. What's the bottom line? Don't shop there. The boss is a j*** and they'll rip you off.
