I’m ALWAYS GREETED with a smile, Nacolly @ 8211 flatlands ave in Brooklyn is GRACEFUL ,kind and knowledgeable.She doesn’t just throw clothes in a washer and dry them , I can tell that they we’re separated as my reds don’t run with my whites , she always courteous and pleasant, this establishment is blessed by having Nicolly there , as I’m happy knowing that my clothes will be taken care of, her professionalism is GREATLY APPRECIATED !! I’ve been a customer for Clean rite for many years now. The customer service has always been on point. Even when I thought my clothes were missing one time, the team jumped right in to accommodate me. Thankfully I found my clothes. I notified them right away.One morning I dropped off my laundry, the lady charged me for my clothes not being seperated when it actually was. She was so kind to make a note to give me $5 credit. When I did return she remembered me right away and took care of me so fast! I don’t know your name but you know who you are! Thank you!!Today I dropped off my laundry to meet Nacolly, she was so pleasant, instantly attended to me with the coolest attitude. She assured me that my laundry would be ready today. Although I said I didn’t really need it same day she still gave me the option. I DEFINITELY had to shine a light on her and this location. In this world we live in today people often forget what the weight of a smile and kindness can do to change someone’s day. So Thank you for being so kind Nacolly, and thank you team for being so accommodating and on point with my laundry every time!Happy Customer -Candacy J

I'm so darn pickie and hard to please. Trust me, I can find something wrong with anything.But, the Clean Rite Center experience challenged me.I like the music diversity, even jazz...Their "customer service" - can't be beatWell swept, clean appeal, spacious, smell, well swell, dryers really nice...But, the Washing Machines doors, I wish we're cleaned more often ?

I love this place. CSA Mr Allen is amazing. I feel safe coming anytime of the day when he is here even midnight and early morning. He keeps the machines and the floor clean. He is there to help when any problem arises. Mr Allen is polite and respectful. Mr Allen keeps this place running smoothly. Mr Allen is the real deal.

This clean rite has become so dirty and nasty. The employees play very explicit music loudly and offensively employee have on skimasks as the work. This Laundromat was so quiet and clean and now this new staff I don't know, they just don't care and people bring their clothing for drop-off worst decisions I see when I am in there cleaning my clothes. Who owns this place because obviously they do not do weekly nor monthly visits. Is there management it just has become so disgusting ? in there.

I always come here and it’s always great. The guy who was there in the middleOf the night when I went the other day, Stefan, was exceptional at making sure the entire place was clean and being attentive to myself and other customers! Great location.

CSA Stefan Allen is always kind and patience with customers I visit this laundromat 3 times a months he's always cleaning I could say this place is spotless when he's on duty. Always nice to see a friendly face keep up the great work
