The Russian old lady with blond hair is so disrespectful. I used to come here but she doesn’t have any manners at all, she cannot even pronounce correct English. She doesn’t smile, does not greet customers, and throw away your credit card And if ever it’s unintentional, she should say sorry. She is on the phone while attending to you, fighting with somebody on the phone, attending her personal business while working and being nasty with customers is unacceptable. Da!

I called a car. Dispatcher said 5 min. I was stepping out from physical therapy with an injured leg so I tried my best to get outside in 5 minutes. I waited 20 MORE MINUTES on my injured leg outside in the heat. F these people. Do not ever order a car from them. This is the worst taxi service in Brooklyn and I hope they shut down. The dispatcher is a shameless imbecile. I hope he gets fired. What a disgrace.
