I have been a loyal Clare V fan until today. My husband purchased a bag for me that I didn’t like. We missed the return window and called our local store and they said to bring it in. We did and were told that they would not take it back after all. Super disappointing. Lost a lifelong customer.

Went into the store and the two girls working there barely lifted a finger. Pro tip: when a single customer is there by themselves, you want to make them feel welcome. Not the other way around.

I am huge fan of Clare V apparel and accessories. It was great to walk into this particular location and meet the most friendly and helpful staff. I wish I had remembered to ask their names for a shout out. I think this might be my new favorite location.

I have to agree with the assessments of the staff here. It's always the same woman. She's either chatting with a friend and doesn't stop to answer questions, check in, or even say hello. When she's alone, she's brusque and off-putting. Now I just go to the Nolita location instead.

Just had one of the best customer service calls with Clare V. I needed to retroactively apply my 10% first time buyer discount code on a purchase made online yesterday, and they agreed to apply it with no questions asked. I’m thrilled and can’t wait to get my bag in the mail!
