Walked into store in KP mall and found the UGGS I wanted for the oast 5 yrs. The most comfortable and warm boots ever. By the way, you dont fall or slip with UGGS! Well, I haven't yet. I'm wearing them for the past 10 yrs .

Lost the receipt and wasn't allowed to exchange my brand new shoes not worn. GO TO A STORE WITH A LEGIT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE

I never wrote a review before but I had to write one for this case. Absolutely terrible service, these two gentlemen were taking care of the customers so rudely and aggressively. There is apparently a new rule where customers can only try on one shoe and this Pregnant lady was asking can she try on both shoes because her feet gets swollen and the gentlemen who was working got aggressive denying her request. These two gentlemen look like they hate their job and have to problems arguing with customers over minor inconveniences. On top of this new rule of only trying on one shoe, there is a no refund policy!! Terrible, terrible.

The store Manager (male ) is the worst manager I’ve ever seen. A lovely young lady was helping me and I over heard him being disrespectful to her because she was helping my brother and not entertaining conversation with fellow staff members.

they are horrible, i bought uggs for my daughter for christmas, first time she wore them she notices that the stitching was opening up. I called City streets and they said they take no return on damaged uggs, even thought they sold it to me . Where is the return policy they should be honoring.
