One star is too generous. I ordered a luggage tag and received a thank you email, then a day or so later a confirmation with a tracking number but the item never seemed to have left the mailing location. I have emailed multiple times but no response from anyone. I don't have anyway to contact this business. As I see from other reviews the same thing had happened to others. This is apparently a SCAM to get money and not ship the merchandise. Don't order from this business!!!!

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! I ordered a keychain on July 22, 2019. Received a pre-shipping notice soon after with a tracking number. A week went by with no updates and still no delivery. I emailed them twice with no response. It is now Aug. 5th and two more emails later and no one is answering me...no updates on shipping and no other way to contact them. But....I did find a phone number of a business in the same building (which I think they work together because it is a bulk merchandise distributing company). I called the number to inquire about City Dream Shop and was put on hold. She gave me the email address that I had already been using to get in touch with somebody. What a joke!!! However, soon after calling I did receive a email telling me what I ordered was out of stock. Didn't even offer me a refund. Please use this number and bother the business that is in cahoots with City Dream Shop and maybe they will start doing legitimate business practices or go out of business. 718-832-2931

Order an item later a shipping notice but the shipping status never changed from ore shipment. I contacted them for the next three weeks asking for some information and finally letting them know I'd be seeking a chargeback from the bank. I got an email from the ordering system after the third attempt with a refund notice. Ever got an actual response from a person.

Worked for City Merchandise for 2 years, had a great experience and great culture! Had to relocate to LA for personal reasons but I have only great feelings towards management!

If I could give it no stars I would. I ordered key chains July 14 and have yet to get an email saying they have been shipped. I have written 3 emails to these guys trying to find out what is going on and have not received an answer back. They do not even have a phone to contact them by. I am very upset and will be filing a complaint.

Every time, when I travel to another place, I buy souvenirs. I purchased 2 I LOVE NY mugs at JFK airport while I was visiting NY. I used the mug when I came back home, however, the water was too hot and the mug was cracked right away. I called the store manager and he sent me a brand-new one right away. I AM SUPER HAPPY with their high quality customer service.

Bought one of their souvenir mugs. Looked beautiful until I used it. The plastic sticker they printed the art on melted and peeled off.

So I bought two snow globes for my daughters on a trip to Atlanta. Less than 24 hours later, and they're both broken. Now I have 2 messes to clean up and 2 sad girls. Way to go City Merchandise... Thanks for a cheap product!

Don't think about working for Jack Gindi I left a job to accept a managerial position with CIty Merchandise. Big mistake. A day and a half after I started they let me go because the "energy" wasn't right. I've never been let go from any job in my life and they refused to give a real reason for the decision. Meanwhile, I still haven't seen them advertise the position again. I think they just decided they could get away without a manager. No loss, the place is run like a prison camp. Each work cubicle has a surveillance camera staring at you while the owner sits in his office watching the live feed and summons people via a loud speaker. Very weird guy. Anyway, you've been warned.
