The staff at Brooklyn City Furniture were wonderful. They listened to everything I was thinking about regarding a couch, showed and talked me through a lot of options, and weren't push about anything! They also delivered to my 3rd story walk up, and I couldn't be more grateful.

"Brooklyn City Furniture" is the answer given when asked where I bought my beautiful dining room set, sideboard, sleeper sofa, dresser, rug, chair, etc. etc. When friends come over to our place, the first thing they say is that they love the sleek, modern designs. I'm not an interior designer at all.. This wouldn't be possible without Agnes's help. She listened carefully and made suggestions based on the criteria I had in mind. She was collaborative, informative and super flexible with my indecisiveness. John was patient, engaging and welcoming. I am so glad I found them. We live in the neighborhood and they went above and beyond to accommodate our crazy schedules and turn around times.

Bought living room rug recently from Brooklyn City Furniture.5-star experience from start to finish! Agnes a dream! So accommodating. She permitted us to take home her only sample of pattern we liked so that we could tell if colors looked good in our living room. An immediate Yes! Took 2 weeks for rug to come in. They delivered it to our lobby and picked up sample, all without charge. And we love the rug!! Highly recommend this store!! Both Agnes and her partner are incredible! They truly want to give customers the best service ever.

Thank you for the wonderful sofa! After combing the internet for a specific sofa depth, I finally found the perfect one on the BCF website. While they didn't have the sofa on view in their store, I ended up going to the sofa company's showroom in Manhattan and tried it there before buying here. Very friendly service in this store and they help explain everything to you. Delivery was fast, and they communicated on ETA. Even gave a discount since the price wasn't updated online. Highly recommend this store!

Top-notch all the way around. Curated high-end pieces. Agnes was patient and thorough when I purchased a beautiful Eilersen couch. She's thoroughly honest and incredibly kind and trust-worthy, which is hard to come by these days. Delivery came right on the timeline she gave. Such an amazing store!!!! Reasonably priced and high quality products. We came in looking for a couch and were greeted with the utmost kindness from Agnes. She was so helpful in listening to our concerns and helping us weigh the options of which couch to purchase. Our apartment is very weirdly-shaped so we ultimately didn't purchase the couch this time, but we will DEFINITELY be back the next time we are in the market for something!
