Nice banker at this branch, terrible bank as a whole, not helpfull at all their algorithm, is terrible rather pay in a different bank then use citizens bank even thow there free!!

Don’t TRUST this bank! They’re holding up my SBA loan for a while now and won’t make the funds available to me. No one to talk to, no reason given, UNBELIEVABLE. WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER.
