I ordered the Access card last week, and it supports to send me the physical card in 1 day.
And I did not received the access card, so I came to the branch. The banker told me that they didnt order the card at all! My whole plan was messed up due to the silly mistake.

First time I have ever walked into a bank in 40 years and they refused to exchange bills after using their ATM.

No one answers a phone, responds to an email or cares about their clients. What a terrible branch!!

I’ve called at least 10 times on different days, at different times of day, all during business hours to ask a simple question. Phone hasn’t been answered once.

This place is terrible. Not only did the banker not show up for the appointment I made and I had to wait, he appeared to know nothing about the paperwork I needed. Then said he would be back in touch in ten days about the account and I heard nothing. When I contacted citibank, I was sent to multiple different wrong phone numbers, and none of them had people on them who had a record of my effort to open an account.

I have banking with this branch since I began my employment. Started going for business purposes then opened my own account there. The staff is remarkably helpful, courtesy and kind. After awhile you get to know them personally, which I can say I enjoy knowing each one of their staff. This branch is great. Elizabeth-Dental office

Do NOT open a citi business account. Went in and thought I opened but banker made so many mistakes. 3 months later they closed my account due to those errors he entered. Tons of hours including with branch manager. Citi bank is fine for personal but they have no clue on business account. GO 25 feet to Chase business.

Although it was years ago, I deposited cash in the ATM at this branch, and it was stolen. Somehow the amount on their end did not match the ATM amount I inserted, per their claims. Several internal investigations were done, supposedly, and all came to the same conclusion. I was told by their corporate leadership to hire a private investigator if I wanted. Never, ever should anyone trust this branch, or this bank. I decided to post this review, as I was reminded by someone who also had a bad experience.

Came here during business hours and they can’t even find a banker to help Citi gold member. What’s the point of having the branch with no bankers and also the membership if you can’t even serve your customers.

After being a customer for 43 years, I realize Citibank is no longer the same. They have the wrong telephone number on their website. I am not physically in NY, so I have to rely on the online features. I have been rejected several times by their website in recent months. I asked for help, and a woman, Diane, sent me a code 4 times, and she could NEVER verify it. Citibank ought to be dismantled completely. The people that work online have a case of idiocy (any time I have successfully unlocked my account for a day, it was re-blocked when I went back to it). When I moved to NYC, they virtually had an ATM in every block; then, a few years ago, they closed down the bank I used on Madison Avenue at Carnegie Hill, and I had to go to 86 Street or 72nd Street. Now I don't know if those physical locations are active anymore. They are losing, and I am afraid they are losing my money. Should have kept my account with Chase; I am sure they are as bad, but at least are reliable.

Really bad branch. Who are they trying to kid with the new open layout plan? The security is a joke (with no security glass as though the tellers are just receptionists). It looks like an invitation for a bank robbery. It made me nervous to wait in line for a teller, and believe me, the wait was long as always because this branch is constantly understaffed. Yet they always have plenty of extra people to walk up and down the line apologizing for the wait and doing nothing. Two at a time. How about you train them to sit a teller drawer? Managers should know how to do that. And telling us to do our “simple transactions at the ATMs”? Yeah, I’m not going to do that for large withdrawals when you are fully allowing panhandlers to long-term camp out in there. Disaster of a branch.Note to Citibank’s corporate design consultants who came up with this new open plan concept—you’re nuts. When I come to a bank in New York City to transact in hard currency, I like to feel secure. This isn’t paper pushing. This isn’t a business meeting. I am not about to have tea with your teller. This is cash. I know your tellers have cash. I want them and me and the cash to be safe. It does not make me feel confident to have the whole place look like you’ve moved the branch into a vacated WeWork.

Customer svc is horrible at this branch. Myself and other customers stood in line for about 20 mins while the teller had a personal discussion with a customer. Not about bank business. This happens every time I go there. No consideration for the people waiting on line. And it's always the same teller doing this.

I had to close out my mother's account with this branch, as I don't live in NYC anymore I had to make an appointment to get this done. It was easy enough to go online and get this setup, unfortunately, the rep I made an appointment with wasn't in the day I came by. I got to work with his co-worker and they got me taken care of with ease, I was really impressed when I saw other people come in and the bank reps were all pleasant, asking how the customers were doing and making everything a more personal experience, this usually isn't done in this day and age. If I move back to NYC, I know who I will be banking with.

Though friendly teller, policy of only providing medallion notary for clients seems bizarre. Needed to get certification for my Treasury direct I bonds account verification and was not even allowed to pay for a notary stamp. Doesn't give me any reason to believe they'd be a good option for future banking needs when you can't even perform a simple procedure without exclusivity.
