This branch is awful. I had to go back five times to cash bonds. Never had to make appointment at a bank for them to provide services.

There is a woman that dress like a man that works here. Extremely condescending and disrespectful. I am sure Citibank does not pay her that much to carry herself like this the woman is very personal with questions, and should focus on her own appearance
