If I could give this NO stars, I would. My mother went to this bank requesting a new card due to some fraud charges and they claimed they would send her a new one, and never did! Horrible service. Unreliable. Don't go to this bank.

How do you one freakin teller at all times in a location with such high traffic. Every time I come here it’s a headache. Stupid ATM are only dispensing $100 bills and there’s a half hour wait before you can get to a teller because they don’t have enough staff. DO BETTER!!!!!?️?️

City bank is the worst bank ever they never help people if you call them it’s can take about 2 hours wors bank ever and I close my account for them to help you have to dress in expensive I can’t wait to close my account bye bye city bank

Avoid this bank at all costs. The people working here are fine. If you have to deal with phone support, you are doomed. Doomed! I closed my account after one month where Citi could not solve the most basic problems. Bye Citi.

Horrible service. One sales representative helping 6 people at a time and they will tell you any excuse to not be bothered in opening a business account. They make it very difficult to open accounts. I also came in @3pm, they made me come the next day and still did not want to open any accounts due to their complicated id verification.

The local bank is a Citi bank and the staff are human. Allow me to explain what that means. Many banks push services you don't need, even more treat you like a number, and a there are others who do inappropriate things in your account without your consent. This location, right across from the train station is a hustling bustling bank that many flock to...for a good reason. Plz don't let the line deter you because there is always a line. The staff is prompt, attentive, and well informed on almost every banking matter....I say almost because I haven't asked them all (yet). From time to time the door has issues, after hours so if you plan to withdraw/deposit funds plz have possible alternatives in mind. All in all they handle your needs with courtesy and professionalism.
