Waiting over 30 minutes and counting on the teller line. Started off with 2 tellers, it's now only one. I would never set foot in here but I needed to a favor for my cousin. This is a high traffic area at a busy time of day. Having worked in banking, it's disappointing to see the poor level of customer service. This a branch management issue. The few workers are helpful but too little staff to meet the demands

I would give less but the staff here deserve better. They are amazing but it’s so under staff. It doesn’t matter when I come here there is always a long, slow line. They have 8 windows and only two tellers, please help me understand this.

The tellers and bankers here are always friendly, but I’m regularly waiting on line for the teller for more than 30 minutes. I had a similar experience at a Citibank in Queens. I keep telling myself I’ll go to a Citibank that’s in a less populated area but this one is the closest one to my apartment so it’s super convenient. They need more tellers here.

this Branch is no good. I gave the Teller $500 on January 16th, 2024 to deposit it into my account. The Teller made a mistake and deposited it in a different account. I called them many times and went to the branch and now 1 1/2 month later I still don't have my money back. They are just keeping my money. Maybe it was the Tellers account?? Be aware! Unbelievable!

Trying to get 10 roll of quarters changed, but the counter (named Logan). Mention only have 2 roll only and not even ask from other counter. I won’t open a Business account with them…..

Worst place to get your Account Open. Had an 3pm appointment with Kyrie Simmions. She was not able to help waited about 1 hour and finally a banker come and tells me they cannot open my account

Staff here has extremely poor customer service skills. The last three times I've been at this branch, the employees have attitude and are not pleasant!

This branch location is horrible. They service is poor lack of leadership. I came in to open an account I waited over an hour no one came over to tell me how long the wait would be. So yes I left with an horrible experience.
