I’ve been working with Albert for over a year now and even tho their location not closest to my house, he made to work with him so convenient and easy that I always drive there just to get best professional service in Brooklyn. I had an outstanding experience at the Citi bank branch on Sheepshead Bay. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Particularly, the personal banker Gregory Nudel made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions clearly and promptly. Their professionalism and genuine care truly stood out, making me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for excellent banking service and support (unlike the general online or phone support of the Citi bank online).

Very very very terrible rude service and made big mistake and no responsibility. Made me upset and i decided that i am sure i will not deal with Citi bank anymore cos of this branch. I deposited 90+ thousands dollars to CD for 7 months but it shows in my phone app is 5 months CD. I went back to bank again and they said I dont know. It is customer service? after mature date, i'm sure i will take all of my money out from Citi bank. I just came back from this branch. 01/28/2025 3:32 pm. I did not ask the employee's name. 1528, Sheepshead bay Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11235. This address. You can ask me anytime. There is 200+ thousand dollars total in my CD. I am sure i will take all of them after mature date.

Hello, this place is great. The staff is always helpful and caring. Every employee here does the job great. I am a friend of Denis, I know he sometimes talks to himself, but he is harmless d always praises this branch very highly. He recently graduated from Mercy College MBA and just very eager to get an entry-level job in finance. I am sorry if the staff today took it the wrong way, but he is a very nice guy and always praises this branch.

Before going to this branch of Citibank I read a lot of good reviews about the work of Ilya Albert Turchaninov, and I was not disappointed. This is the worst branch and bank anyone should do business with
They have absolutely no consideration of your time and never follow through with any request.
I had some issues with my Business account
I went in person no one had the knowledge to assist,
They promised to follow up, they never did rewardless speaking with manager of the branch and Manager of Rego Park beach
nothing has resolved
It so inconvenient not able to have online access for over 2weeks for personal account and imagine for business account.
