This is the worst branch and bank anyone should do business with
They have absolutely no consideration of your time and never follow through with any request.
I had some issues with my Business account
I went in person no one had the knowledge to assist,
They promised to follow up, they never did rewardless speaking with manager of the branch and Manager of Rego Park beach
nothing has resolved
It so inconvenient not able to have online access for over 2weeks for personal account and imagine for business account.

The Citibank team is very patient with my Aunt, who is suffering from dementia. Although they do seem irritated and annoyed, they keep their composure and are very professional with us becasue we have very specific needs.
They're understanding and very informative. Our representative, Albert is very knowledgeable and helped us a lot with our paperwork. Kudos to him.

Very professional and very polite. Personal banker Inna helped me open savings account and explain how it works. All staff were great on Saturday and welcoming. I would give 100 stars if I could. Excellent service and no appointment is required.

This is the worst bank I ever experienced Albert has cause the most problems for me and lied about things for no reason making my banking experience very difficult. Very inconvenient and dissatisfied with this customer service
