Just pathetic!!! VERY VERY BAD SERVICE !!!! I go there and it takes forever to get my turn while waiting, while there are two associates helping a new teller while its a pile up in line at 4PM on a FRIDAY, and after all the wait it takes them 30 mins just to withdraw my money from the teller, teller has no customer service does not apologies or show gratitude towards the customer, after waiting 30 mins for them to figure out how to do their job, they didn’t even apologized for the inconvenience they caused and the time it took them to just complete my transaction, manager was rude herself as well, instead of de-escalating, she tried to prove her point. Its absolutely absurd, you guys need to do a better job, the only good experience I had was with a teller named Anna, it took her 5 mins to help me with my transaction. But this time they decide to lie saying it’s the procedure they gotta follow that took them 30 minutes, while Anna takes 5 minutes, absolutely ridiculous and disgusting attitude when you call that behavior out! LEARN how to THANK your customers and Earn their trust for them to come back to do business with you, thats why I choose chase bank. This branch is the reason I left CITIbank!!!! This branch should be closed or the management should be changed otherwise many clients will be leaving CITI for good!!!

Very bad service, and behavior to clients, talking way too loud on the phone. Please managers of this bank, make some kind of change, especially with car parking services. It is horrible.
It’s dirty, garbage filled. The service is awful.

The manager should teach the representatives to give priority to those customers waiting inside the branch instead of making they wait for more than one hr, just because the personal is on the phone living long and very loud voice message to those that are not even there. From start to finish, Rica demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertises, and delication that truly exceeded my expectations. I haven’t read the reviews of this bank now I see they have 2.5 review, I came to bank with my wife to open up a joint bank account the lady over there name laura martinez corona, called us in asked for documents gave her proves of address but she wanted other bank statements no problem sent on her email after waiting 10 mints she didn’t receive nothing which was sent by me 3 times she told systems are encrypted thats why, what the hell you talking about bring the pages you are working for customer services you need to help we came to give you guys bussiness will never think to work with that bank. Citi bank owner look into this matter for better business bereau, you need to put people who. Can help the customers otherwise the bank will stay empty like it is. Thankyou.

Do yourself a favor, do not bank here!!
You will regret it due to their poor service and customer care from rude banker who just started working and doesn’t know his right from left all the way to the manager. Find another bank. This is the honest truth!

Well I should’ve read reviews first before I stepped in to this branch. I walked in and I was waiting if somebody would ask me if I needed help. The only person who asked if was young man who work there as cashier. He told me to wait until one of the of banker would be available. I waited about 25 mins when Riki Katsov asked what I need help with. When I was referring to a paper I was able to obtain from a different City Bank branch last year to see if they would fill out for me which would take 5 mins of her time, she didn’t even look at the form saying we don’t fill out any forms. I had to stop her to explain that this form was obtained last year from their bank because I have an account with them. She stated I don’t know what you are talking about and why don’t you go back to Manhattan and get that form filled at the same branch you got it from. I was shocked by her answer why on the earth living in Brooklyn I have to travel to the City ?! She goes we short of staff and I have now 30 mins lunch. I said I understand but someone should help me here. Finally being incompetent and not knowing what she is doing she went to talk to manager Viktoria Kilomaski. They were talking in Russian and I happened to know Russian. She told her send her away. Manager didn’t even bother to come out to explain to me herself. I came back home and called to customer service to make a complaint. I was transferred to speak to a supervisor who was so helpful. She reached out manager while I was waiting on the line. Finally she told me I can go back to get my form filled out. Geese… when I came back Victoria was a different person who suddenly become so nice to her customers. Why did we have to go through all this stress ?! Why while I was waiting for some help she was sitting in her cubicle texting on her personal phone instead helping us?! Why she couldn’t get up to help me and another lady who was sitting there with me, just because she is careless manager who has zero respect to her customers!
