Poor organized, the kept me going back and forth twice between teller and banker for a wire transfer, and after all of that, they gave me a ridiculous high Fee for the transaction when in other citi locations is usually waved to me.

I went to this branch on January 21, 2025, at 12 pm. I was first in line, however, people started to skip the line and I spent there more than an hour, without resolving my simple problem with a debit card. The employees of this bank are arrogant and incompetent, avoid this place!

The clerk (Morozova), refused to take cash deposit 5k because some bills had a stains. Will close all 3 accounts in February. Disappointed

I’ve been with this branch for a long time and I really like how Eugene manages this branch and how the personal banker Tetyana always helps me with different issues. Also the teller Kerryan helped me today, she did a wonderful job serving me as a customer.

I went there because of fraud, someone used my card in another state to purchase an item, and I am having a hard time to prove that was not me. I was waiting there for approximately an hour, then, I was called.The representative, Tetyana Gligich, was on the phone with someone discussing a bussiness. I was sitting there and waiting for a while. She didn't stop a conversation and finally pointed at me holding a phone with "what you want?". I asked her to hang up a phone. She never asked me a question or about an event or details, just told me that they don't deal with 'fraud', my accunt is my responsibility, and I have to make the calls and investigate myself.When I asked to give me a manager's contact number she was hesitant at first. I was just stunned how rude and unprofessional this person was.Currently,I am going through an investigation and hard time to prove a teft and instead of some assistance or kind word from the bank where my money suppost to be secured, I got insulted.

Staff is very nice, polite and professional! Branch manager helped my mom when she had an issue with a checking account. The only thing there are too many clients and employees are extremely busy, same time they are doing their best to help everyone. Thank you ?

I have been a client of this bank since 2002! I never applied, there was no reason) And when I had to, Boris Nisonov did everything possible to help quickly and efficiently! I don’t know how this bank branch worked before, judging by the reviews, it wasn’t very good, but I’m happy with the fact that they have now solved all my problems quickly and efficiently!

Bankers clearly have other more important conversations, and customers can wait :-) At most, two stars. Bank of America is definitely better.
