Mostly not good experience it's look like they have shortage of staff to attend client,I like Citibank but not customer service.my kind suggestion plz work on it.

I’ve been with this branch for a long time and I really like how Eugene manages this branch and how the personal banker Tetyana always helps me with different issues. Also the teller Kerryan helped me today, she did a wonderful job serving me as a customer.
