This place is unbelievable. They have no staff. The teller lady Irina is disrespectful as hell. She doesn’t know how to behave with customers. Can’t take this kinda behavior from a bank employee.

The tellers are great but personal account dudes are always on break and you have to wait about an HR to get seen even if they aren't doing anything. They'll see you sitting out there and pass right by you without any acknowledgement or reassurance that they will be just a minute or anything. Really frustrating.

this city bank has closed. he was so cool and a good place to be and you could shoot at $ 10 atm. and then they changed atm atm, it became only $ 20 .Well, recently they closed altogether.

This is the most horrible branch I ever seen in my life.I made appointment to open up new business accounts.I was waiting for 1.5 hours. Finally they said: "Come another day!"

ATM is expensive but other than that average atms. EBT CASH withdrawal is free here.. Not sure how many times a month though.

Long story short; I lost my wallet with my whole life inside & went to the bank for liquid cash so wouldn’t be completely broke until my new card came in the mail. I was given a hard time because I didn’t have my ID (which of course was in my wallet) & the bank teller wasn’t even TRYING to help me. I demanded a manager who was also hesitant in helping me, but begrudgingly gave me a discretionary $100 to tie me over. I am exposed to excellent customer service at my work place on a daily basis & I know how to handle clients - ESPECIALLY those in distress. I felt as though they could have handled it WAY better; I only did business with that particular branch since I opened myaccount & I was just there a week prior to sit with an agent & deposit into my savings account. Upon leaving I filled out a survey with my true thoughts & put it behind me. Exactly a week later the manager calls me (out of my sleep) to question my survey rating & literally ARGUE with me about it. For a few minutes we went back & forth until I decided to hang up & write a more published review. This place is completely unprofessional unless you lack melanin & speak their language. Of course I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to do business there; I went for help in distress & was looked @ like a nuisance!! Manager if you’re reading, feel free to give me a call about this one. -MG
