worker denied my request to close business checking account. his reason - “you can pay for business credit card only with chase business checking”. wow what a lie. guess what - you can pay your cc bill with whatever bank account you have. had to call main chase number and waste 50 minutes on hold to close it. after already wasting 2hrs at the branch. joke

I kept having problems with zelle, Kenneth was very helpful and efficient. I had the problem resolved within 30 minutes, never had it ever since. Just wanted to take a moment to recognize few months later. Workers at Sheepshead Bay branch really care and put in effort to resolve your issues!
