Used to be a 5 star branch. Now I can’t give them even a one star. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional bankers . With an appointment waiting time more than half an hour.

on regular usage I would say 5 stars - as using this branch for many years. To my surprise, when I needed Notary Public - they do not have one - strange for the bank branch - so 3 stars. Got it at TD bank - asked lady at te entry who was greetings customers iif they have Notary Public- she replied - That will be me! - and have job done in 30 seconds - not even asking if I have TD bank account.

There is no more feeling that this is the same local bank as it used to be. There is no more feeling that they come to work to provide service to their customers. I came inside with an intention to open an account... i did it ... at a different branch

(Service to the forces is the worst! They treat you with disdain. This branch needs improvement. It needs care and how customers are treated. Another thing to mention is that they make you wait longer than you should wait, and please let it happen, thank you.)??

I was going to move my account from Citibank to here, but five minutes in the branch - at 9:30AM - changed my mind. Dark, grim, in bad need of a makeover. The little man "guarding" the entry - he could hardly be called a greeter - glared at me and demanded "What do you want?" Not "how my I help you" or "welcome". He then informed me I faced a 90 minute wait to speak to a branch representative, all of whom had the appearance of condemned prisoners. On to other options.

Amazing experience here. The staff is extremely helpful and they go above and beyond. I was having tech errors with the machine and the staff noticed and guided me to the counter and helped me with my transactions in a few minutes.

Branch manager was very disrespectful towards my disabled mother. She needs assistance in signing her name which I was there to help with but the manager insisted he could not help her since she could not sign on her own. Disgusting and I should report you to the police as he went completely against the ADA Act. Forget the branch managers name but you sir are going to hell for treating a disabled woman this way. Unprofessional and will be switching to a bank that does not operate a certain way towards disabled people.
