I recently visited this location. I waited over an hr to open up an account for my daughter. While I was waiting the manger told me she was heading to lunch, but as soon as a caucasian older woman walked in she took her instead of assisting me which was very disheartening and made me feel like my business there didn’t matter at all. I’m filing this complaint because I don’t know how often this happens. I pray this doesn’t happen to another African American person that goes to their branch.

Incompetence at its highest. The manager Felicia Boughtin is the nastiest person I’ve ever encountered. She threatened to call the police on two people instead of trying to rectify the matter and was beyond loud and plain old ghetto. Save yourself the time. The teller Amassa a waste of time as well. It’s a shame this is who they place to service this community. They deserve zero stars.

Disgusting customer service. Incompetence at its highest. The manager Felecia Boughtin is ridiculously ghetto. I've never experienced this in a bank or anywhere to be honest. Don't waste your time. She threatened to call the police on customers instead of trying to do her job. This branch deserves zero stars besides the security guard who has the most manners in the place.

Prepare to be harassed by panhandlers at this location. ATM lines are long. Simple deposits or any transactions that require interaction with staff are overcomplicated. A simple check deposit took 30 minutes, a teller & 2 branch managers...and 2 months to clear as Chase had no trace of it in the system after deposit. I avoid this branch whenever possible.
