I was there with my wife to apply for a credit card, and the service we received was excellent and outstanding. The staff was professional, courteous, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. We truly appreciated the warm and efficient assistance!

Be honest, I'm kind of sorry to leave this one star review, their services has improved a lot in the past few years. However, one of the security they hired just ruined all their efforts. Never seen a security can be such rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and racially discriminatory. I'm talking about the old southern Asian guy. He's repeatedly spoke to customers in a hostile, condescending tone, barking orders, order that doesn't make any sense, but just for his own pleasure.

My mom has praised a lot on how she received amazing service and advice from assistant Nongrui Zhong in this branch. She was trying to adjust her deposit account, and throughout the process, all her questions were answered clearly, and each steps on the process were explained to her in detail, assistant were always available when my mom reaches out as well. therefore she told me to leave a review on this great service. Thank you.

Today is November 11, a public holiday. Many people are unaware of this and continue visiting the bank. Khan is very dedicated to his duties, not only guiding people on how to use the ATM machines but also maintaining security and order on-site. In addition, Khan kindly and warmly assisted me as I wasn’t feeling well. I truly appreciate his help!

I went here to pick up a date of death balance review letter regarding my mother’s passing. When sat with a banker, he said nothing for 20 minutes and then proceeded to let me know he wouldn’t be able to get me a check for my mother’s balance even though that’s not what went there for.
During me trying to explain to him what I was there for, he kept giggling and smiling and somehow circled back to me not receiving a check. I asked for a supervisor who also started talking to me about not receiving a check for my mother’s balance and I had to give up and go to a different bank.
I don’t know if it was racially motivated as I was the solo brown person in a bank in a mostly Asian neighborhood, but it seemed odd that they kept insisting that I was looking for a check or a handout despite me explaining to them several times that that was not the case. Would absolutely not recommend this place.

Worst bank. The ATM machines are empty, but they keep them in service. While people are withdrawing money and Get DEDUCTED FROM THE ACCOUNTS and NO CASH WAS SPITTING OUT FROM THEM! WHERES MY MONEY?!?!

Horrible service - didn’t even get chance to see a banker since they didn’t have a line and had to wait for hours. At the end it was not worth the wait.

The service attitude and professional expertise of Chase Bank on Eighth Avenue are really lacking! My bank card was stolen and they arranged for me to find a translator on the hotline and then went off to do other things themselves. It was the first time that my debit card was stolen, and I didn't know what to do next. After making the call, I said thank you to them and left. They didn't tell me anything about the follow-up needed to be closer! Later, I went to Bank of America to deal with it. Their professional knowledge and service attitude were far superior to the staff of Chase Bank on 8th Avenue! I have heard many people say that Chase Bank is not good. I personally think that it is not that Chase Bank is bad, but that Chase staff in certain areas have devalued Chase Bank's cost performance!
