I usually do buisness with this branch. But since a Georgian Women started working in the branch and "Helping" me with any transactions , whenever I asked her to provide help with any tasks, she either stays surprised when I ask questions or has no manners towards me, her buisness ethics and customer service has no value she is always unprofessional towards me. She became even more racist because Im also Georgian, After looking down on my Driver license and asked me to leave and revisit the bank after getting all the documents. She got even confused when I was explaining towards direct deposit form, in both languages she was arguing and refused to provide me with any Help. I strongly advise customers to avoid her, because she doesnt know what she is doing and has a disrespectful attitude.

I had a nice experience in Chase branch bank. The security guy is very pleasant. Staff is friendly and caring. I had an amazing consultation with Miss Nodira B. I will definitely recommend this place!

The security guard at this branch is very nice and welcoming, but the organization of this bank isn't good. They don't have a check in book to keep track of who's next to see a worker at one of the cubicles. Some workers don't come out of their cubicles either to see the next customer so it's either up to you to be the first one to walk up to a worker when it's packed or sit close enough to the cubicles so they call on you, cause they think the people closest to them are next rather than asking. My turn was skipped over 3 times before I finally saw an available worker who hadn't come out of her cube to ask for the next customer. When you finally do receive service it's decent but the disorganization is very frustrating.
