I would like to say I had the best customer service experience with Andrew Kong.He is very knowledgeable, helpful, experienced and over all a great employee.If I have any questions or concerns about my account I am glad I can count on Andrew.Also, the entire staff at the branch are amazing. I felt welcomed and comfortable at this location. I will continue doing business there.

1 star is more than generous. People by the windows can't even differentiate a return check versus a cleared check. Took them 20 mins on the computer and 5 mins telling you what you already know.

First off I'm switching from my old bank who shall remain nameless to Chase. I was lucky and it was not crowded so I got called in less then 5 minutes. The young lady who started my account was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Plus I love the architecture in this bank, it has the marble walls and floors, very old timey. There was more than one teller which was certainly nice to see. Plus there were quite a few people actually working in the bank to help with a new account or whatever your business. You can make an appointment to see someone through the website or just walk in like me. I was truly impressed with Chase's security for your accounts. I feel safer already and it's important since I've had fraud twice in one month through my other bank. Even the tellers had a smile on their faces.

A good bank, friendly employees, everyone who is free is in a hurry to help, I really liked their service, all the employees are smiling, there are Russian-speaking employees, Chinese, Indians, Spanish-speaking, Jews and of course Americans. Well done ?

The Old Time savings Bank is the same as it was decades ago. Needs a major update. If you have very hot come inside it's freezing in here. Most of the associates okay but the manager is a real piece of work I would try different Chase branch

Very bad and slow service…. 5 people including me were waiting for a banker then all of a sudden some people came and skipped the line… very disappointed in this case chase bank will start loosing customers!
