The best customer service I’ve ever seen, when I went to the teller and asked to withdrawal a large amount because I’m traveling and need only new bills with no marks. The teller whose name is Justin showed me how you go above and beyond for the client. He literally kept on picking the $100 bill one by one. Someone like him with his customer service should be working in the city and even get promoted. Loved his customer service especially he was doing his job with a big smile.

I have chase for a long time. And I had never had a horrible service ever from Bank attendants to cashiers.i needed to open an IRA account and.i was asked from the attendants desk. In a way as if i need them what do you want. They told me it can't be opened today I was fine that it can't be opened but the inept servi e. This review is for the Chase branch on 77street 13 Ave Brooklyn.

Rosemary and Eugene are so very helpful, kind and knowledgeable made my experience truly pleasurable I recommend not going to any other branch but this one!
