I wanted to write this review to express my gratitude for the help I received from my Bay Ridge Chase bank manager, Bilal. He worked quickly to help me resolve a foreign currency exchange issue and offered helpful advice with regard to my travel. I am grateful for his excellent service. Thank you, Bilal!

The manager and the white lady with the glasses at the window in the bank are soo races . They only worried about they own kind . So sad and bad for the community and especially me as a customer here that lives in the area

I've been a Chase client for years, but haven't visited this branch much. I did the other day regarding an issue I was having with my credit card (nothing that was their fault).. The agent went above and beyond to help me, and she resolved the problem. I highly recommend this location.

I cant believe how quick my favorite branch has turned to dirt. Walked in for a simple medallion stamp and manager stated it needs to be sent to our legal department and will take days. I sat with a client rep who tried to help, phoned legal and legal said that my statement was not valid to them. NONSENSE! To make matters worse, moved on to another Chase branch and hello, completed in 5 minutes. Management at this branch needs to be replaced. Chase has lost all credibility.

I stopped going to this bank because there's a woman named Salma who kept making mistakes and was very rude to me. Others have had the same complaint about her and no longer go to this branch.

The ATMs here take such a long time to process anything, even something as simple as recognizing your card has been entered. Bring back the real tellers, if it’s going to take so much time, I’d rather deal with an actual person.

Years ago, this was a great branch, especially for Private Clients: the branch manager knew your name, service was efficient, people repeatedly going "one extra step" to cater to your needs...Fast forward to now. No one cares anymore. Multiple people waiting for hours to talk to a human. So-called "managers" wandering around pretending to be extremely busy (with what?!). Everyone is looking at you as a nuisance that needs to be someone else's problem. I've been waiting for 30 minutes for a chance to talk to a manager (I've been a Private Client for decades) and I eventually gave up.I still believe this is not indicative of Chase, but the way this branch treats clients is a disgrace (for a client-first type of business). I will be escalating this issue to Chase management. If you had similar experience, you should do to.

I always have very positive experiences at this Chase Bank. Staff are very friendly and helpful.. Wait time is always short. Very happy with this Bank.

Went to the bank recently and basically got told by one of the tellers I believe her name is Marylyn to get the F out the store because she try to force me to wear a mask as I just went to the branch to make a simple deposit and told me to leave and that no one is going to help out. Very very rude and disrespectful at this branch is not the first time someone that works there response to customers with these kinds of attitude.

I was there to make a deposit the teller was having a bad day and she was yelling at an old man before me because he didn’t have his debit card or some issue after that I give her checks to deposit she said she couldn’t except few I tell her every one been excepting the checks for 10 years she goes I’m in charge today and I don’t want to except do you want to continue the deposit I go yes she throw everything back on me and say I don’t want to do it she was yelling at everyone I had to curse her out and leave and she represents her self as the manager if this is really the manger I don’t know what to say

They have one teller so unless you’re using an atm don’t bother with this branch. Their manager is clueless. Just walking around aimlessly
