Broken ATMs, busted card reader entry doors and security guards that seem to only be guarding their phones. Chase has taken a nose dive in recent years.

The one star is solely reflecting a teller named Patricia or Patrycja Wojcik's customer service. Her attitude and condescending tone were absolutely appalling.

The service people at this branch are the nicest I have encountered so far. They usually have 2-3 active tellers, and "most" of the time "my" wait times were short.
However, the speed of service could vary depending on whether all tellers are available and actively assisting customers. At times, they may not be operating at full capacity, which is an aspect that could be improved.
The branch has 6 ATMs available during the day and 3 after hours (including the one outside the bank on the street).

This bank is AWESOME!!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So cheerful and appreciated there I didn't want to leave. Only thing missing was free coffee and doughnuts! Bank teller Patrycja Wojcik is the BEST!!! We both love coffee lol.

I stopped by because I wanted to open a new account. It was less than an hour left before closing time but the manager who assisted me seemed to not want to work and asked me to come back another time. Security guard was very nice. He knew customers and greeted everyone. The Caucasian manager should learn from him.

It's a pleasure to withdraw and deposit funds both through the ATM machines and with the incredibly nice tellers. I recently dealt with one of their bank professionals regarding an account that was no longer active and wasn't even opened at this location, and she was truly helpful. Additionally, I must mention that the lines are usually minimal or move quickly. This is one of the best branches I have ever visited.

I'm inclined to believe that the majority of the issues in this bank are because of the "manager" who is greatly incompetent. The guy needs to get off his high-horse and start actually working. Terrible customer service with greatly uninformed staff.

Every interaction I’ve had with this bank has been a waste of time. This branch has me considering closing all my Chase accounts and going elsewhere.Horrible customer service, representatives are not knowledgeable, and no one will pick up the phone.Avoid at all costs.

Outside ATM is busted. Entrance card reader busted. Unable to enter and/or withdraw cash from my own bank. Now have to walk to a different bank and pay a service fee.

All the terrible reviews are true. There's always a problem with the outside ATM and often with the lobby ATMs, which you usually can't reach after hours because they turn off the card reader to enter. No wonder they are routinely vandalized. Other than the Greenpoint post office, this is the worst place to have to run an errand in the neighborhood.

The employees here are great! Always helpful and always friendly. Unfortunately the ATM's are eternally broken. If you don't arrive during business hours forget it. For some reason management doesn't mind locking its customers out from doing business. I recommend that if you live in the Greenpoint area and have an alternate work schedule that you bank somewhere else. It's super disappointing to see dozens of people working hard becoming enraged by the lack of action to fix this branch!
