I asked to be helped and I proceeded to wait forever. They had someone checking for a gas leak and all the associates went to the back room seemly leaving me and the security guard for dead. Wish I was making this up.

My experience with Chase is really bad I don’t recommend this bank to no one. In 2022 someone withdrew money from my debit card the bank replace most of it but Chase didn’t replace the remaining $700.
The Chase investigate it and send me a letter saying it was me who took money from my own card which is a lie from the Chase company it was the Chase bank who steals money from the customers. I never took money from my own card and I’m telling the truth. Everyone please be aware with the Chase bank they charge a lot of fees and steal money from customer please beware I’m leaving this money stealer bank.

Well, the truth is that I share my opinion with other people, the service is very bad and when you ask for information to open an account they do not give you the options you can do to open it. Account are very blunt with their answers. And all those machines have no maintenance, always errors when removing. Of course I'm a Chase customer but where I opened the account they are one of the nicest people who do their job very well. And they give you the solution you need.

I came arown 1:pm to open an account for my dother they my dother have to be there in that moment my dother was at school so we make apoiment for 4 p.m we got there 10 minutes late...so we can wait whatever it take for them when we on line.but they can't wait when we late 10 minuts
