This is one of the local Chase Banks near me. Generally speaking, I am able to get in and get out with little to no issue. However, since the dawn of the COVID outbreak the bank has been incredibly sluggish in delivering its services to those who bank with them. The bank is routinely understaffed with tellers, which creates a longer wait time for those who require their services. Half of the ATMs are out of order, can't print receipts, or have ridiculous lines in order to use them.Again, typically, I don't have many challenges getting what I need done here, but, I would strongly recommend Jamie Dimon, his executive teams, and managers to seriously consider the best ways to improve the retail banking experience at their retail locations.

The worse service I've ever experienced. If you are going to keep people in your branch for almost 2 hours, have the decency to allow them to use the restroom when they show urgency. Shame on you. The manager only expressed concern only after shaking her head and mumbling under her breath. Shame on YOU.
