The supervisor/ General Manager lady manager behavior so bad no helpful I waited 30min I went for create a new account they said I have to make an appointment and wait 3 weeks what the hell is this if senior Department see my review should take an action about this really bad service also I will prefer all my friends and family members do not go this bank.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. We went today to resolve the freezing account. Got a horrible customer service. They gave me totally wrong information. Specially the middle aged lady she was trying to make us leave the bank. Also Wait time was 2 hour. I don’t recommend this branch.

Can you guys please do something about that man in the front pandering for cash every single day ? If you don't give him any money he continues to beg and guilt you trying to gain your attention as your walking way... Im pretty sure you can see how that would make someone uncomfortable and second guess themselves from going to this location ... I just want to make my transactions in peace without being harassed.. thank you.

I spent more than an hour waiting for the person to assist me, I had an appointment and I still waited.
His pretext was to say that the girl was the only one who spoke Spanish and who knows where she was because I was waiting and nothing.

This branch is the best branch, Ms.Nurzahan Begum is professionalism and excellent service is highly commendable. Specially Manager and personal bankers Ms.Nurzahan Begum are great.
