The bank teller told me to go to another teller, then when i asked the other teller to do a certain transaction, gave me a piece of paper, proceeded to serve another customer who took more than 3 times as long to do a large transaction, without any explanation. I could have been out in 5 minutes, but he served another customer. Idk why. Am I not a customer?

I have always had a pleasant experience when speaking with any teller and/or manager and/or guard at this location. My banker, Terry, was very helpful and available. The ATMs never have too long of a line. The branch is very clean and safe.

Chase offered exceptional customer service, although the wait times for in-person assistance at this branch were notably long. However, there are plenty of ATM machines available for convenient use.

Terrible customer service. It seems that the staff’s priority is to get you to go to another chase branch rather than solve your problem, so that they can take a break. Perhaps it’s understaffing and overcrowding, but generally it’s been an unpleasant experience

I had a great experience with a banker at this Court Street branch. Even though it was the holiday season, Mr. Ramus patiently helped me complete some time sensitive paperwork the bank needed. He then offered to fax it over and even called to confirmed the person received it. He also gave me some helpful suggestions when using my Chase app. I highly recommend working with Mr. Ramus. What neighborhood banking should be like!
