Simple transaction, but Julie provided exactly the type of customer service and attitude I hope for in every interaction I have with a business. Positive, engaged, and efficient, give her some praise please we need to reward the people who are doing it right.

I've been a Chase customer at this architecturally splendid but borderline-duysfunctional local Brooklyn Heights branch for decades and have endured the steady deterioration of customer services there over the years. They have long ceased answering their phones. Any walk-in query or online-prearranged in-person appointment with a bank employee there invariably results in the customer being old that no-one is available to provide that particular assistance, even if it is in the bank's interest to do so, such as the opening of new accounts of the several kinds that unfortunately can only be opened in person at a local branch office. Nor does the branch provide courtesy assistance to Chase account holders such as notary public services.

The bank tellers clearly don’t enjoy their job here. I can tell they are stressed out, annoyed, and upset at customers. Maybe they are treated poorly by management. I wish them better mental health and healing vibes.

Terrible customer service and account management facilitated by Branch Manager, Cecil. Unable to find solution to presented problem or propose any immediate ways to rectify challenges. I highly recommend identifying an alternate branch that is solution and customer oriented for you money management needs.

Absolute nightmare as a Chase Private Client customer. They approved a mortgage, took our deposit, then denied the mortgage and it's been two months and they have not refunded the deposit. Multiple emails and phone calls with no response.

Walked in to open a New account (personal and potentially a business). We as escorted to someone desk, that would help me open an account. Within 5 seconds of me sitting down the lady thought it was important to pick up the phone and start having a long conversation with someone while I sat there look at her face. Very unprofessional and highly disrespectful......decided to get up and simply walk out. The manage to this bank should be shown the door for running the location in such an unprofessional manner.
