Why would there be a specific set of hours of when you can use the ATM here? Such an odd and dumb thing to do. ATM use should be 24 hours. Wasted my time driving here. ATM vestibule hours close at 10pm. Save your time and gas.

I stopped by to discuss my account and get some financial and investment advice. Unfortunately, MARINA was extremely unhelpful - rather than assisting me with what I needed, she seemed more interested in rushing me out. To make matters worse, just before I left, I saw her greet another customer with noticeably more warmth and attention. I’m certain I didn’t behave inappropriately or give her any attitude. Perhaps my account balance wasn’t high enough to warrant better treatment? It seems MARINA need additional training or financial knowledge to provide better service in the future. PEACE!

This location is the worst. People standing around doing nothing while lines for the teller are ridiculously long. Any other location, I am in and out in 5-10 mins tops. Here you can expect to spend a good half hour at all times. Come here if you have a podcast to catch up on. Jamie Dimon, please help!

Arrived one minute before closing time - Belinda was AMAZING - she told me to take my time and was EXTREMELY Helpful with my request that took over 20 minutes to complete .

just got off the phone with JONATHAN working at this location. I called to ask very basic questions about opening a checking account with Chase and what their account opening incentives were. Not only was JONATHAN stating that he could not discuss any Chase account opening information with me over the phone, he stated that everything was to be done online, which is false. He also stated that in order for me to receive any information over the phone he’d have to transfer me to customer service, which is pathetic. Thank you, JONATHAN, for helping me decide not to bank with Chase. I completely understand the reason for all the horrendous reviews here.

This branch is my favorite chase branch now :) I spoke with Kevin Ozbay and he was nothing but kind and extremely helpful towards me. Before I used to always go to the graham location but I’ll be coming to this location from now on.

Do not come here if you expect things to work in the 21st century. You can’t use Apple Pay at the ATM (which doesn’t tell you it fails until going through the whole transaction). All BofA ATMs have this. You also can’t do anything without your physical cards on you even if you have a physical ID. The staff will also waste 10 minutes of your time figuring that out. AVOID.

I would give this bank branch 0 stars if I could. I have never written a bad review before, but I found this necessary.The atm ate my check and no one could help me solve the issue I was passed on to two people before given the wrong number for Chase customer service claims. No one could help me while everyone sat there on their phones and two tellers helped one person in the glass office. It was terrible and humiliating asking for simple help and I highly recommend never going there.
One last thing that made me super upset was that the last time I was there depositing money the teller told me she liked my name and pronounced it ‘Jew.’ My name is Jo.

At 12:30p was there to open 2 accounts. Waited for 2 hours to get a business specialist meeting. Then was told that I’d be called back over phone by 5p. 26 hours later still no call. I lost a day out of my life.

This is the slowest chase in Brooklyn. Hire faster people or add a second counter person to the front, it’s really discourteous to keep propels money from them. ??????
