I would give this bank branch 0 stars if I could. I have never written a bad review before, but I found this necessary.The atm ate my check and no one could help me solve the issue I was passed on to two people before given the wrong number for Chase customer service claims. No one could help me while everyone sat there on their phones and two tellers helped one person in the glass office. It was terrible and humiliating asking for simple help and I highly recommend never going there.
One last thing that made me super upset was that the last time I was there depositing money the teller told me she liked my name and pronounced it ‘Jew.’ My name is Jo.

At 12:30p was there to open 2 accounts. Waited for 2 hours to get a business specialist meeting. Then was told that I’d be called back over phone by 5p. 26 hours later still no call. I lost a day out of my life.

This is the slowest chase in Brooklyn. Hire faster people or add a second counter person to the front, it’s really discourteous to keep propels money from them. ??????

They don’t have a business banker in all 5 days of the week. You need to make an appointment too. Not sure how a large bank like this doesn’t have business bankers in all days of the week to help.

Made an appointment at 10am with Marina Santos on Saturday 01/28/2023 to open a joint account. I came there at 10 just to realize it is cancelled by the banker. I received no cancellation email or phone call or text, not from the bank nor Marina herself. The representative at the counter lied that she tried to call me but she couldn’t find no phone number on the system, but I do receive confirmation messages via phone couple days before, I also have an Amazon credit card with Chase which means the system has my number. The two representatives at the counters were super rude and told me that it was cancelled and I should made the new appointment with no apology, no effort to accommodate as if we were bothering them, as if I came to the bank uninvited. I thought Chase was good, maybe have to reconsider. It was a 10 am appointment on a Saturday. We had to make a effort to get up early on the weekend to go to the appointment because during the week we were both busy. And then we were treated like this. If we could do the joint account online, we already did to avoid interacting with these “ representatives “. They need better training. I have evidence of my mailbox with no cancellation confirmation and you guys have the record to check for better training. Do better ! Will not come back to this branch !

After the business hrs, No pens, no Envelopes.( +no security guard which I don't care. Actually.) This Branch looks to me Very clean and New. I've never entered the Chase missing many things. Only "2" ATM machines here. :( Note, 12/26'22 is going to be Closed here. 180 Bedford ave Brooklyn NY Infront of Bedford L subway station.

The person misled me about ATM work and limit, and it added 30 minutes to figure out the issue. Horrible, as usual.
