The girl named Mariya who works here is very nice, she helped us a lot, she worked professionally with us, I can say that if there were 10 stars, I would give her 10 stars! Thanks to the bank that they hire such professional workers, I really appreciate and love Chase Bank, thank you very much. And there are a lot of other locations in Brooklyn, but this is one of the best places, because real professionals work here! Many thanks to Maria for her help

At first when I came for making an account idk who the lady was but they did a crappy job with educating me on 300 dollar coupon checking account and I went back. But I am so glad I booked again and I booked my meeting with “ Valerii Nadolnik”. He was amazing!! He even took time to educate me on so many different aspects of bank related things and even credit card. I had an amazing experience with him. One of the best experience I have had with a knowledgeable banker!

The branch manager at this location is a joke and a clown. I lodged a formal complaint with the bank since they compromised my info. My social and account number were exposed to numerous of customers because the manager and teller failed to do their jobs properly. After I filed the complaint, their head office reviewed the cameras and confirmed my info was indeed compromised but I was not the victim of identify theft…yet. Do yourself a favor and take your business literally anywhere else.

My experience today is I tried to deposit 1100$ at atm it counted 1000$ and I canceled my transaction it gave me a thousand I counted before I was depositing I never experienced before Idk what should I do

This is the worst branch I have ever step in, the stuff is rude and unprofessional. Cashier Anastasia throw my ID card back to me. Never seen that kind of attitude in Chase Bank.

I typically go to this location often .. Honestly the service is poor and most tellers are rude or have attitudes. I don't take it personally but today I was extremely surprised by an amazing individual. Not sure if he is a manager or assistant manager but Stan went out of his way to greet me for no reason and confirm I didn't need help. Witnessed him check on every one in his path. The other managers or "suits" ignore you. Great job Stan this 5 star is yours alone.

I’ve left feed back before but it disappears somewhere. Today my friend got exactly same poor experience in exactly same bank. The question you ask doesn’t have answer just come back but not today. Once again very very poor experience.

At leas 1 ATM out of very few (3) is almost always broken, long lines, limited accounts security, money transfer and online transaction bugs services at this branch and overall in the US.
Kings Highway area used to have two more locations, which closed over the past 20 years, near: E16 and Coney Island Ave
