I can't believe I'm giving 5 stars because of a Chase ATM machine. This branch has the BEST ATM machine, I don't understand why they do not have this specific brand of ATM at EVERY single location.
I believe the machine is called "Hyosung", the machine is FAST, doesn't lag, and accepts bills as it is you aren't constantly re-entering bills like other ATM machines.
If this location actually offered full service I'd make it my primary location.

very bad service rating them 0 for the services everyone is very rude when you go there they will never help you solve the problem I have been there 3 times and will not return there again unprofessional employees very rude I will never work with this bank again!!!! !!! I do not recommend this bank to anyone

Worst experience ever. Chase representative was late 25 min late on the appointment for opening my business account. Then in middle of the process gone on 15 min to talk with someone by phone. Wasn’t competent enough to answer simple questions about the product and asked few times to deposit $2k immediately to avoid service fee although according to the terms customer have up to 20 days for that.

Poor customer service. Greeter had me stand and wait for over 10 minutes for a notary and she was the one who notarize paperwork. When security went to inform her what I was waiting for, she turned around looked at me and told him I had to wait. I worked in this area for over 4 years and I know the history of Bensonhurst and race relations and this branch is a reflection of the community past and present. If you’re a black or brown person stay away.
