I have 4 business account for 25 years with this branch . When I had a problem for the first time in many years the business manager Tamara didn't even try to help me. Terrible branch and horrible bank for business. I wouldn't trust them with personal account either

I had an excellent experience at this location. I scheduled an appointment for the first day, and on the following day, I met with banker Carlos Melendez. He demonstrated high levels of professionalism and experience, addressing my needs in the best and most proficient manner. The ladies welcoming customers at the entrance were incredibly helpful, nice, and professional. I can't express anything but satisfaction with the great, timely, and professional service I received. It marks a fantastic start to working with this business.

I’m long time client of Chase and don’t want to put bad reviews in general, but this branch made me to give 1/5No manners and no hospitality from tellers 1/5 , when I ask the name of one employee, she refused to provide informationRelationship bankers 1/5Lines of people 10/10 , why? Because these workers perform their job ultra slow and without engagement. Poor service

Worst bank ever. There’s no one to control the line and I have no idea what’s the workers are doing. Last time we came they told us just need all the people in the account come with the ID so can make change on the account. We also asked is there anything else we need to bring and the lady said just ID is fine. At this moment the guy who helping us told us we need at least two identifications to prove. There’s such a big communication and management problem in this bank, don’t come unless is really emergency.

I'm not the type to leave a negative review but this branch warrants it. The tellers couldn't make it any more apparent they don't want to be bothered. Asked for a money conversion and it seemed like I was hassling them. Then after making everyone wait on line as they had their conversation, they finally started the process. A money conversion shouldn't be an hour long process. I'd avoid this branch in the future.

Saturday 05/06/2023 came to get my stuff from my deposit box @ 10:30 am. At 12:04 pm still waiting for someone for help. Terrible customer service, not enough people in branch on Saturday’s Long line for service.

Vlad Balyuk is the most honest and very experienced employee of CHASE bank 1002 Brighton Beach ave 01 Brooklyn NY 11235 he helped us a lot, we wanted to leave this bank for another bank, but he conscientiously and politely helped us solve problems with a business account, I have been in this bank for a very long time and do not always meet such conscientious loving and experienced employees thank him and I will forgive the leadership of CHASE bank to encourage such employees and give him gratitude for his excellent work such employees should be promoted in their work they will make very good managers

Let me first start off by saying, I’m disgusted. The chase private client advisor to whom we met with was very unprofessional. We had an appointment that was booked approx 2 weeks ago to seek a financial investment, but when we came in on time it took another turn. We were told that the financial advisor is not in? The appointment was made in advance… how is it possible that he is not in knowing an appt was made and put on the calendar ? We waited for almost an hour after our appointment for them to tell us that no one is here to assist? No one called us… not one person even budged to accommodate and apologize. We were improperly treated by Ms Shkolnik where she slammed the door in our face and had no care in the world about customer service. I myself work in a corporate entity and would never ever treat any person with disrespect. If people are wrong, an apology and sympathy is the right thing to do. Instead Ms Shkolnik was arguing with us after we advised we had an appointment, we traveled from afar, and paid for parking… No matter what the case is, the client is right. No matter the case in any establishment. Very disappointed with how we were treated.
