Can’t receive the help needed at this location. Came three times and even when we have a scheduled appointment banker was out with no notice until I arrived. Pretty frustrating when you have priority matters to resolve. Looking for another branch.

Chase doesn't "automatically" protect your income from garnishment that's protected by law against garnishment: whilst the bank also charges you a $100.00 legal fee (on their behalf) although you receive an income protected by law against garnishment. My Being might consider looking into other banks that "might" automatically protect incomes protected by law.

Long lines always. They only allow you to get 2 rolls of quarters at a time. And now their ATM isn’t available 24 hours…Chase’s response to “rising crime and vagrancy.”

just came in to Ask A quick question. the banker came out right sec and replied me. I was there less than 1min. It's very useful. There're 4 comfortable Seats, And Feel free to Sit Down to wait. It's a bit Crowded.

there are scammers outside of this location who bombard young women with requests to “help” them deposit a blank money order. They are very pushy and are in and out of the location all day trying this. I just notified a young woman who almost fell for it this morning while I was using the ATM. Security doesn’t seem to do their job here at all. Be aware that if you’re a woman banking at this location that scammers are going to try and play on your sympathies to steal hundreds of your dollars. Pretty much can’t even walk in front of this bank without encountering a man who tries this with me.

Do not waste your time coming here. I tried coming here because it is one of the few locations that are open on Sundays. I came here to open a savings account with my Fiancé and the bank didn’t close for another 30-40mins. We sat there for a while because we couldn’t find anyone to help us and no one came to us asking if we needed help. The security guard eventually came to ask us if we needed help after she was too busy taking selfies right out in the open. She told us we couldn’t walk in and open an account because it’s 30min before closing and it takes 14min to open an account. “Everyone is busy and you need to make an appointment for tomorrow or another day” if you close in 30min and it takes 14min to open an account you can squeeze in another client especially since everyone is just sitting around chit chatting. I’ve opened chase accounts before and it takes less than 30min to open one. I see a guy just sitting in the seat chatting laid back very unprofessionally. Even if I made an appointment I wouldn’t be making it here. Ridiculous.

Wow for what it's worth this is the only Chase bank open on Sundays! 2PM is a really generous time to close all things considered. I came on a rainy Sunday at around 1:40 and there was a line of about 5-6 people in front of me but I was able to get out at 1:55! My teller was very sweet and I overall had a great experience with my withdrawal. :) She also gave me some lollipops, haha.
