Do yourself a favor, if you ever do business here, find Ana the bank teller, she is PHENOMENAL! Super helpful, super sweet & super resourceful! My banking situation was very convoluted due to some issues and she helped me navigate everything in such a smooth and succinct manner. Thank you Ana!!!

Can’t receive the help needed at this location. Came three times and even when we have a scheduled appointment banker was out with no notice until I arrived. Pretty frustrating when you have priority matters to resolve. Looking for another branch.

Chase doesn't "automatically" protect your income from garnishment that's protected by law against garnishment: whilst the bank also charges you a $100.00 legal fee (on their behalf) although you receive an income protected by law against garnishment. My Being might consider looking into other banks that "might" automatically protect incomes protected by law.

Long lines always. They only allow you to get 2 rolls of quarters at a time. And now their ATM isn’t available 24 hours…Chase’s response to “rising crime and vagrancy.”

just came in to Ask A quick question. the banker came out right sec and replied me. I was there less than 1min. It's very useful. There're 4 comfortable Seats, And Feel free to Sit Down to wait. It's a bit Crowded.
