I came here to get my living trust notarized. I have two accounts with Chase, but the old lady with glasses told me it would take two hours to finish and only have 10 min for me. Also said this is free service and she can't do it. She told me to go to a law office instead. The security guy was very nice though she was an unkind person I went to TD bank afterwards they got it done in 15 min for free, and gave me pens, candies and treats for my dog. What a difference!!

Really wasn’t appealing to me I went their to pay my account off and open a new bank account the banker who was helping me named Joseph shamal continue to get up from his desk to help other people who was just walking in the bank And after I paid off my account he told me I was over my allotted time and can I come back Friday to open up my new account this is the worst banking experience I have ever dealt with why should I have to come back and u where the one they wasn’t even helping me u continue to get up from ur desk to worry about ur co worker stuff who wasn’t even here and wasn’t all of our me time even from the time I came into the bank I had to wait on You.

Hobble the worst one in Brooklyn and it is better to go to the one near Flatbush and church because the people are more patient and polient and they have security guards and this one doesn't have security guards and it always homeless sleeping in the bank or someone is high.

Tried to open up a credit card at this branch and they said I had to make an appointment and the earliest one was a week away!!! So many empty desks and such short staffed. If you want to get help, I recommend going to the Chase Bank on Church Ave and Flatbush Ave. This branch was a lot better, more helpful, and I opened up my account in less than 10 minutes!

I called this location at 9:16 AM on a Saturday to make an appointment to open an account. They put me on hold for 20 minutes, and then hung up the phone on me. When I called back it went straight to a automated message system. I'll never do business with chase of this is how they treat new customers. Worst customer service ever.

Thanks to Ericka the security guard who help me and my mother today with the house rent payment today on the bank lobby A.T.M machines . this location has three indoor bank lobby A.T.M machines , i guess to save money instead of hireing more bank accounting tellers (feel sorry for people going to college who studying accounting it seem like Computers are takeing over the world).but ericka who doesnt even work with chase help me and my mother out . chase need to hire ericka and put her on there payroll she a sweetheart !!!!! look forward seeing her in the future if i visit this branch !!!!!
