This branch improved tremendously! I have not been here for few years (and have not been happy with the branch in the past), but today-I was impressed!!! New, professional staff. They solved my problem within minutes! The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable!!! I highly recommend this branch now!!!

One of the worst branches I've been to. Completely disorganized - you walk into chaos. We need certified checks but their two printers both broke so they had no other way to give us our checks - seriously? Had to reverse the transactions, which raised red flags on our account. Advised us to run to another branch before they closed but bc of the red flags, we walked out empty handed. Save yourself time and frustration and go elsewhere.

1 star is being kind. Do not bank with Chase. Last week they closed my checking account without warning me, or even notifying me afterward, due to fraudulent activity. I would have understood this action, had they let me know they needed to close it because of an impostor stealing money from me. They closed the account without telling me - and put a cashiers check for all my money into the mail. That piece of mail is now delayed by a few days and may have been lost. Do not bank with Chase. I am a long time loyal customer - and I'm walking away because of this. I've been into the branch now three times because of this and each time they have no way to help me. I suggested they cancel the check. That's in the mail and print a new one from the branch. This seems reasonable but they can't even do this.

Terrible bank. Went to open a savings account cause I was in the area. I had someone name shamecca Andrew’s helped me but unfortunately she is new (literally her first day on the job) she made some mistakes and she did not realize until I left the bank. She wanted me to come back right away to fix it but I couldn’t since that was my only free time. Now I am in a predicament if I don’t return to the bank asap to provide the information she forgot to ask me for, they will close my account. It is so hard to find free time with a new born and the only free time I had she did not know what she was doing so I have to find time again to correct her mistakes. Train your employees better. Such an inconvenience

Terrible. Drove 3 miles for withdrawal transaction but door won’t open. Tried 2 different cards and still door won’t open. Went to another chase bank and worked there!!!!

Very poor service in response to telephone calls. No response!!! Some staff poorly dressed and don’t make a professional impression. Some of the men are misogynistic and address women clients in a demeaning fashion. I hate the branch.

Walked in the branch, no one there to greet you. Then I asked for a notary and they said they dont have a notary. No smiles nothing. I remember when I use to work at Chase it was a requirement to greet clients with a smile and walked to over to your desk. I guess 2022 customer service dont matter no more. The branch wasnt busy at all maybe one client inside.

Inefficient. I don't like to write reviews that can damage anyone's reputation but I have completely lost my patience. The service at this branch is in absolute decline. If your issue is not a traditional daily banking need, you are out of luck. I have been trying for 3 month to resolve a simple issue, deadline passed and I am still back to the beginning. I will change this review if I see positive and effective change.

I’ve had a Chase checking account since I attended Fordham in 1987. I have my mortgage and my checking and savings account with Chase. Sometimes you need a bank to be there for you; I’m handling my uncles estate and need a Madalion stamp. As soon as I sat down with “ customer service” I was told why Chase couldn’t help me. You can still charge me monthly service fees. The exact same situation happened during my moms estate, but I was difficult and they eventually helped me. I’ll be switching all my accounts (;except my mortgage) to TD bank, a bank who understands what customer service means.
