The staff at this location is not proactive at all, there’s no sense of urgency when tending to clients. Spent nearly thirty mins in the branch trying to use the ATM. The line was so long it went out the door and no one inside stepped in to assist. Chase needs to make this location automated services only because the people are trash.

I was lucky enough to have banker Jasmine Felder at Myrtle Ave Chase help me on a very complex account issue that she worked on tirelessly for several weeks to resolve. Her diligence, commitment, compassion and patience are inspiring. Her and her team at Myrtle Ave should be commended for their quality of service. It makes me happy to have such an great asset in the neighborhood.

Went to chase to open an account, security said sit down sir. I waited for an hour and a half just to have personnel come by to ask me what accounts would I be opening today and not see me but make another appointment to be seen in the afternoon when I was there before 10am. Worst experience I’ve had at any chase site. Never will I ever bank at Brooklyn locations. One bad experience is enough for the borough altogether. Manhattan it will be. Don’t bank in Brooklyn it’s a waste of time for sure.

This place is totally mismanaged. The employees are all nice but my first business appointment was with the manager, who didn’t show. I was told the system shouldn’t have let me make the appointment. Finally when I setup my account I have spent months getting various letters for more documents needed or my account will be closed. Today, months later, I had a 9am appointment with someone who didn’t get into the office till much later. Traffic happens bud if the start time is 9am, it makes no sense to schedule appointments right at 9 and be running in at the last minute, let alone be late and have clients waiting. Seems like common sense. I’d get your business account elsewhere.

Used to stop here to use the atms but the past few times there's been a gentleman outfront asking for money. Today he started cussing me out as I walked away for not giving him any money, i turned around in shock and he proceeded to cuss me out even threatening to "break my jaw". I don't need all this at 11 am when I'm just trying to withdraw some cash. Same guy has threatened me before and became physically aggressive with me a few years ago so I should have just avoided this branch to begin with. Lesson learned, even though I live right around the corner I won't be back to this location after being physically threatened today.

After setting an appointment online for 9am they had me wait for nearly an hour and a half before I decided to get up and walk out. This is really making making me rethink my business' banking relationship with Chase.
