Unprofessional, refused to sign my direct deposit form certifying that I’m the individual requesting the direct deposit. Didn’t bother looking at the form which is clearly created with a section for the institution to fill out.

Dear Management: Serving an extremely large and loyal clientele, with almost no other banks in the vicinity, the bank currently has one teller and 2 ATMs inside the bank, and 2 ATMs in the exterior lobby.During the day, you have a total of 4, and at night, when it is also quite busy, you have 2. As a result, there have been long waits due to the high demand.Addressing this issue by installing more ATMs inside and in the exterior lobby, and considering the addition of more tellers, could enhance the customer experience and acknowledge the loyalty of the clientele.

Worst ATM machines in the United States. Takes 20 minutes to make a simple withdrawal or a single deposit Its been like that for years. It’s probably one of the most used ATM machines in Brooklyn. They should fix or replace the machines. I am not asking they should make free sandwiches. Just fix or replace the ATM’s

The rating is for the staff.The branch is too small to meet its needs. The higher ups probably did not realize this when opening this branch.There are usually long lines to the teller window and to the ATM machines.They are understaffed. But I do not see how they can add more with only one teller windows.They are already pushing together two tellers at the same window.I do not like this at all. You have zero privacy when you are elbowing another customer right next to you, while the two tellers behind the glass are doing the same.Again, this is something that higher ups than branch level should figure out what to do about.I try to bank online whenever possible.I have good experience from staff Each time I came in person, regardless of the waiting time, going back to 2016 when I opened our business account.Clients should realize that the bankers and tellers are stressed by the workload and long lines just as much as we are.By the time you get to the window you may be stressed already. But so is the teller. It is their job, and they have to provide good customer service. But a pleasant demeanor to them would ensue the same to you.After all they are human too.

Gave 3 star for the great either they do have, which are eager to help out. But, are mostly short in staff, and even opening an account is a hassle.

No staff lines out the door no customer transaction limits been waiting 20 mins for one person to finished and they are no where near doneDisorganized, & unprofessional and uncaring about their regular clients is how I would describe this branch

once upon a time chase used to be a decent bank, one has to be over 40 to rememeber that. you need to wait for a banker appointment around 2 weeks and then u get a call 15 min before that the banker called in an emergency and they dont even appologize
