I came to this bank today to create my bank card, and Penny helped me. She was very kind, thoughtful, gentle, and friendly. (I'm happy that this bank has such an employee.)

Rosemary the teller was the best—answered every question and helped perfectly since I forgot my PIN and had to use the branch instead of the ATMs outside for a withdrawal. I’d come back here for help again.

Solid experience here with no major complaints. Other customers are right that there’s people hovering inside and close to the ATMs. Would recommend having multiple security guards for peace of mind.
