Only problem with this location
Is all the crackheads that are always there
Waiting outside from early morning till closing time harassing coustmers one of them once blocked me from leaving demanding money no other chase location that I've been to has had this issue

I had a very bad experience today with one of the taller his name is Pierre Nothcut
He is working at this location
It was my turn to make a deposit for my business account, called the person behind me on the line
I don’t like to be served by him anyway, he is very slow take his time to do one deposit, taking more time to collect the change I need ( coins or $ )
Today he was the only available taller by the windows and when I step up by the window he refused to serve me I asked for the manager of the branch to complain he get off his chair left the window letting every one wait for no reason
This person doesn’t deserve to work on behalf of a Chase Bank
He is rude , slow and unprofessional

This Chase bank gets a 5 star review because of a representative named Pierre. Not only did he show me what I need to do, he stayed and helped me through the entire process. All while helping other clients! He was patient and knowledgeable. I always appreciate the ppl that provide great service. They deserve the 5 stars.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Security put his hand in my face. Threatened to call the police. Didn’t give me my money. Kept making me try to use a machine. I will be filing a report and leaving chase due to this incident. Such imbeciles. I will be returning, collecting names, and reporting them to higher ups. Don’t go here.

Extremely disappointed with this Chase branch. The staff are incredibly rude, incompetent, and show no willingness to help. They also make things up (which clearly contradict with official policies). In short, they like to choose the path of most resistance.

This place definitely have no clue about customer service, I went to the window to cash out a check, after the person behind the window thoroughly review my check marking sure I didn’t steal it or fake it, he (Westin- wester. I ask for his name and he barely spoke) decide to ask me for a proof of ID so I give him my passport (Mexican passport, he said that was no proof, he need it a different ID a valid ID) on top of that he asume that I didn’t speak any English so he decide to denied cashing out my check this is not ok.CHASE YOU NEED TO CHOOSE BETTER YOUR REPRESENTATIVE TEAM. After I told them that I was a chase customer they try to chance the game their actitud but it was to late. I don’t think I will be going back to that bank. At lease not to a racist and poor customer service place like this one.
