I had used chase for a long time. But as time progresses I've learned that they don't have the best service. Also the Ave J branch was a terrible experience. They shut down My business account, gave me a hard time disputing charges in the past, wasted my time and didn't address my fraud concerns. Their response to money just being zelled out on random was "Okay" what should we do? "Nothing" and now I bank with a few other banks and don't get treated like a human being. My original banker was awesome but she left years ago. Michael (business banking) did a bad job, Ester friend lending was obnoxiously rude...

This branch actually cares about its clients. A shout out to Emanuel G & Zack G, somehow they go above and beyond making sure the experience is positive.

This has been my branch for my whole life, and the staff are mostly really professional and helpful. However, it had recently turned into a homeless shelter. With great empathy for these people, I simply don’t feel safe walking in here and it smells utterly putrid. I wouldn’t feel comfortable sending my kids in here, no matter how many fancy glass windows and suits the employees wear, this place is not classy at all.

I would like to give my very special thanks to Mary N. It was my father’s first time opening a bank account, debit card and credit card in the US, and he was struggling with understanding how this whole banking system works. However, Mary explained to me and my father step by step in such a professional manner and she never rushed. Also, I can feel she gives off positive energy that makes us feel a lot happier! You know, opening a bank account means a little different for my father as a foreigner who is just arrived in the US.

I went into this bank to update my new court given name and the person assisting didn’t seem to know what he was doing regarding the process or he was too busy profiling that he wanted to play dumb. I provided this representative with a court order from Kings county Supreme Court , New SS Card , and a valid New York State ID to update my name. Thank his guy calls his back office and the back office says they couldn’t see where it said on the document that my name was changed and told the rep not change it when the court document clearly states the name change petition grant from my old name to the new . These people are prejudice which is the whole reason why I felt the need to change my name anyway due to prejudice! This country is disguising and these companies would be wise to stop hiring people with prejudice to be an any position of power because they abuse it. Or maybe that’s what is God forsaken country is truly about. Prejudice and Abuse of power. I will be going to the corporate office on Madison to resolve this .

As a loyal customer of Chase for over 20 years, I've come to consider it my personal bank, and I closely monitor the happenings at the branch nearest to my location, where I typically conduct my banking transactions, where I work with my banker, Igor Tashlyk, who has consistently been ready to assist me with my financial needs.Relatively recently, a new manager, Rania Ibrahim, took over, and I've observed significant improvements ever since. One noticeable change has been the increased friendliness of the branch staff, even during peak customer traffic. It's heartening to see that there is always a staff member on the floor ready to approach you and inquire about the purpose of your visit, offering professional recommendations on whether to visit a teller, use the self-service machines, or speak with an adviser.I wholeheartedly commend these positive changes and sincerely hope that Rania continues to enhance the operations of this crucial part of the bank's network - the branch that interacts with customers on a daily basis, understands their needs, and distinguishes itself from other banks. Given that this is my personal bank, I genuinely care about these aspects and would like to express my gratitude to Rania for her consistent and dedicated efforts in this regard.

This bank RACIALLY PROFILES. I have been living in this area for 2 years now and when I first started frequenting this bank all was fine . As of late , there is a manager that continuously makes it his business to make sure he is somewhere in my vicinity to watch my transactions and now has even encouraged his staff to do the same . Mind you he is a person of color just like me and so is the staff . I’ve been a Chase customer for years and this is the FIRST Time that I’ve experienced this type of behavior at any Chase branch.
