The service is good, but trying to get the results of opening an account and receiving your bank cards is so drawn out that we had to try and call the branch, and no one answered the call. WTH ?! So disappointing.. I called the "back-office" with no results either in the end. Instead of opening a joint account with my wife, which I wanted to do, i just added her to my bank account at my bank which obviously is not a Chase bank.

Shame on this branch. They don’t care about customers safety. Every time I go to use the ATM machines I get menaced by the homeless and drunks who camp out inside the ATM area. Shame on Chase

I had never seen bank like this ! We make the appointment for 3:30pm today we walk in 3:20pm a guy tell me peter was call out today u had make another appointment, I say any other will be fine, he say no one here. U kidding me? Whole bank no one can open the saving account? And not notice customers before their walk over for the appointment when u know no one can help today? I will never gonna come for my business

The manager assistant has really bad attitude. I came for assistance not insulting. She talked in the way that rejected any help to customer which made me much more sad after the money loss at the ATM mashing. I don’t think this kind of attitude is acceptable.

There was big line (8 or 9 people) in the branch and they had only one teller was working. Other 2 tellers were counting money, laughing and lingering around. Politely I mentioned they should help the customers so that people don't have to wait 20-30 mins on the line but teller got smart with me and the manager was just sitting in his office and playing with his phone.This branch was very good before, workers were polite and very helpful but lately it got worse and worse. Hope Chase would do something about workers and the manager...

Only one trouble with Chase on 18th Ave. They never pick up the phone at the branch, but they do transfer rather quickly to their man office.In which case, they say to call the area branch.And around, and around it goes.
