One of the worst branches. Nobody likes to work, super long waits, 1hr+, even when there’s nobody, they’ll still tell you 40min wait time.

The worst customer service ever!! An appointment means nothing to them .. try calling “your local chase bank” see if they ever answer .. absolutely bad management

I didn't not like the service. The service to the customer was denied. For my question, the manager of this bank spoke very rudely with me. I had to ask another bank for help and within 10 minutes I received the help I needed. I will never come back and I do not recommend it.

Over the past month, several problems have arisen in our family, for which we had to contact this bank branch to solve them.And the last 2 times we were very lucky - Philip solved our issues.He is an amazingly polite, sensitive and attentive employee, but also competent and tenacious in achieving his goals.I think he has a good future ahead of him.My very elderly dad was delighted.Thank you, Philip!Also, I should note that we really liked Mishelle too.

The lady working in a relationship-banker position is very rude. She just doesn't listen to customers. She also discriminates against people by checking people's skin colour. She thinks the customers are working for her. She can't answer customers'inquiry. She interrupts every time customers speak.She didn't even let me finish my conversation. I have no idea how she got the position. The Worst banker ever!!.Please go to another branch instead.
