I’ve been a Chase customer for years, but I’m deeply disappointed by the state of the area surrounding this branch in Brooklyn. The street outside is consistently littered with garbage, debris, and food remnants, and it’s been this way for months without any apparent effort to clean it up. This isn’t just a one-off issue; the same mess lingers, creating an embarrassing and unsightly environment for the neighborhood. As a nearby resident, it’s frustrating to see this neglect, especially when I have guests visiting who pass by this eyesore on their way to my home.
I urge Chase to take responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the area around their branch. This is a matter of community pride and basic upkeep. If the situation doesn’t improve, I’ll be forced to escalate this to the NYC Department of Sanitation and file a complaint with 311. Please address this issue promptly to show you care about the neighborhood and your customers.

Unprofessional. No one greets customers at the entrance. The manager sees that I’ve arrived but is chatting with the cashier — both are laughing and showing something to each other on their phones. The dining area smells like employees’ food. Only one cashier is working, and there’s a long line.

Very nice branch, great atmosphere, much better than in other branches I stopped by. Rita Podruks is a life saver, she helped me with different questions I had fast and to the point professionally. Highly recommend.

One of the worst branches. Nobody likes to work, super long waits, 1hr+, even when there’s nobody, they’ll still tell you 40min wait time.

The worst customer service ever!! An appointment means nothing to them .. try calling “your local chase bank” see if they ever answer .. absolutely bad management

I didn't not like the service. The service to the customer was denied. For my question, the manager of this bank spoke very rudely with me. I had to ask another bank for help and within 10 minutes I received the help I needed. I will never come back and I do not recommend it.
