Unprofessional. No one greets customers at the entrance. The manager sees that I’ve arrived but is chatting with the cashier — both are laughing and showing something to each other on their phones. The dining area smells like employees’ food. Only one cashier is working, and there’s a long line.

Not recommend this branch to anyone!recently visiting Chase branch on Avenue X. Branch manager was not polite and refused to assist.
